I mean sure he’s in Gotham solving crimes using forensic techniques and whatnot but he’s not being a detective in the same sense.
He’s cut from a different cloth and he diverges from the detective path when he crime fights or uses super technology.
He’s cool. I don’t consider Batman a detective in the same sense.
