Naruto is obviously stronger than Sasuke.

However, I would pick Sasuke because he's more versatile and more of an actual ninja than Naruto (who just goes super saiyan like as if he was in Dragon Ball Z, Kyuubi Chakra mode sucks, and spams Rasengan and Shadow Clone Jutsu endlessly. Even the variations of them aren't really that novel). Sasuke is more of an interesting and a complex character than Naruto too.
