What are the institutions, entities and social mechanisms responsible for inceldom? Who is on "top"? Classical forum incel literature does not give the full picture in my mind. Sure there is highschool biology concepts (niche's, parasitism, mating strategies, ...), maths like game theory, the normie coalition and so on. I don't really see why everything is as it is.

If we have 60% normies, 10% wagies, 30% incels, it is rather easy for the normies to fund shitstuff like the UN and feminism to sement their power. I don't really find realistic explanations like this in the incel literature described above and would like some pointers.

You have multiple questions together here but it terms of the societal institutions it is essentially feminism, contraception, DEIA, and globalization that exacerbate inceldom in the modern age. Female hypergamy was previously kept in check to an extent by the societal expectation of monogamy, the risk of pregnancy, and the limited mating pool.

Now, women are free to whore around throughout their twenties thanks to contraception and the delusional framing if being a slut as an expression of feminine empowerment. Globalization has broadened the mating pool so men are competing with the entire global sexual market compared to a smaller, localized sexual market.

thanks, but alot of that seems like effects rather than causes. Allow hypergamy then obviousily every rational woman will do it. Ergo it is the legislature's fault. Would you want a Gertrude or Becky yourself if you could choose only one? The legislature is again bound by international conventions and those who lobby it. That is, the UN and the ultrarich. Even the woke movement is able to recognize "structural oppression" which is why i think i've got 200iq.

The UN again has one central goal: to give education to everyone. 100 years ago this was not the case which lead to WW1 and WW2, since men were men at that time not cowards like today. The UN indoctrinates everyone from a young age leading to inceldom, replacement, and slow population decline rather than WW3. Where the UN does not have power (Africa and middle east especially) the fertility rate per foid is above 2.1.
