Yes the answer is no. You could argue someone is in a “state of inceldom” if they’re having a dry spell, or are “pushed out of the dating market” as you say, but they are not “an incel”. Because there is nowhere to draw the line for how long someone must go without pussy to now be “an incel”. A week? 6 months? 2 yrs? It’s just arbitrary.
