myself for having a shit lifestyle (eating only junk food during high school, never training or playing basketball with my normie friends only playing pc games all day and night.. ) i ruined all my chances, my fucking little brother is taller than me and my father too... i should have went playing basketball with my friends when they would invite me and eat healthier.. i am a fucking retarded geek, fml.
i actually gained height at 23 years old i started eating healthier, lost weight and started playing basketball alone like 3 times a week for 45 minutes for 3 years and gained like 5 cm, i was fucking surprised to learn this at the hospital at 26 yo, unbelievable right. kekk.
still ended up as a turbo manlet at 178cm. ( thats a super short 5"10 ) i could have been taller, i just know it... i should have went playing basketball with my friends all day when they were inviting me, instead of going to my room, playing pew pew for 6 hours. my lil bro is like a tall 5"11 - 5"12 my dad a tall 5"10-5"11, all taller than me, jfl.
