I'd say middle-aged powerlifting Chads. They are the most chill.
Foids as usual are the most arrogant, as if doing 10 lbs bicep curl is worthy of Nobel prize.
Normies and gymcels are reserved, focused on their exercises and avoid contact with other people.

During lifting, I my mind own business, but in the sauna I get to meet different people and Chads are pretty ok.
