For tens and hundreds of thousands of years foids have manipulated men to view them as philantropists, protect them, sacrifice their lives for them. And also fight each other over them. Foids have selectively breeded only with the few men whom they have elected to be the progressors of humanity.

What exactly does that make globalists like Hitler, Stalin or Gates? They aren't chads, they were not selected by foids to become so powerful. They weaseled their way into power with bucks, heritage and ruthless wits. They are products of chads without being chads themselves, as are we all here. They managed to break the system, break the chadocracy of nature that gives foids this insurmountable power. This makes them incredibly based imo but are they the worse eugenicists? Equal to foids they have to covertly operate in the shadows hiding behind the image of philantropy to live out their population control plans. They are very fast at selecting out the unfit from continuing their kind. Only within the last 200 years have they managed to kill hundreds of millions and sterilize hundreds of thousands of others. Their ideology may be rather new in the context of human history but in the short time span that it has existed it has found ways to speed the limitation of reproduction and weed out humans.

The idea to reduce population via control over breeding was not bad. But it did not take them that long to improve the idea and ascend it to transhumanism. It could be argued they are the superior eugenicists. That they do better with sheer intellect, creativity and talent that only a man can master up what foids are given into their cribs from birth. That they have perfected the foid ideology. Could eugenicists be called the final form of this foidology? Or are foids still the running mechanisms behind it? Are people like Gates plagued by the same mental illness that foids start out with, which can be called femininity?

It is also interesting that despite joint efforts of foids and globalists to work hand in hand in reducing population, the human population has still risen in these last centuries. The growth is still out of control. Maybe human population growth really would be exponential if these people didn't do their work.

Foids are more effective but it's a mixed bag. Ugly women create dysgenic incels. Neither are truly eugenicist. Oligarchs and technocrats do not care about creating a near-perfect gene pool, but a pliable, low-iq, degenerate, and mixed race in an effort to compensate or normalize the defective genes found in the upper class (jews, english inbreeding).
