Getting over the want for a girlfriend is one of the best whitepill things you can do, I personally dont care for love at all and only want sex, the best perspective you can take on this is thinking about how evil foids are.

Everytime I see a foid I am attracted to I think to myself all the horrible thoughts she is thinking when she sees ME, and the fact that she is an evil toxic foid who would ruin my life and treat me like shit.

You must channel all of your thoughts and and intellect into realizing how pointless it is to ascend and get muh trad wife.

I sometimes think how nice it would be to have a "trad wife" and family, but then I snap back to reality and remember what I look like. (And also the nature of women)

I think that this is a good idea, but has one major issue, your basic needs dont go away no matter on how bad you think about foids. You will still be lusting after them, your sexdrive doesnt care if women are evil he wants to be satisfied and he is gonna punish you for not satisfying him no matter what you tell yourself or how much you try to avoid thinkin about sex
