it´s US based and they use a laser to burn away the brown pigment in your eye. It hasn´t been released yet to the public and likely won´t be for a while. It´s the only legit eye color changing company. All the other ones are illegal except in 3rd world countries.
There is also Brightocular which is illegal in the first world and they pretty much cut your eye open and put a permanent colored contact lense in your eye. It´s extremely dangerous and a very dangerous company. A lot of people have gone blind from it like the guy in the vid.
