Blacks usually come from poor neighborhoods with underfunded schools. This means they will be less prepared for higher education. Even blacks who attend college or university still suffer from poverty. Their tuition is not free. Their parents don't pay for it. They usually have to work while going to school. Your IQ is very important when you're a child. If a child is well fed and has access to better education their Iqs will go up. And yes, growing up with good environment does raise your IQ. You can find the studies on Google Black culture is the reason why most blacks are behind. Its common sense. Poor whites value education more than blacks. Why? Because of culture.
