Unfortunately, it's mostly because of K-Pop and K-Dramas when it comes to youthful Slavic girls...
That, plus rich and not much history antagonizing them, Russians fought with various Asian groups for centuries but that also included them losing a lot and the other Slavic groups had basically no contact with them.
Also, there's some evidence that people from homogeneous countries/regions are not only bad at telling other races' faces apart but also guessing their attractiveness, with them people of other races as more or less all the same facially, so the same way that this works for ugly white guys in what is called JBW in the incelosphere, it could work similarly in EE countries for ethnics.

They can, that's what that study found. I guess I've expressed it wrongly in the previous post, in the study itself, there was much greater intercultural agreement on who the ugliest man was than who the most attractive one was. Somebody who's attractive in their own culture/ethnicity may or may not be attractive to outsiders, but someone's who ugly to their in-group will almost certainly also be ugly to outsiders.
So what you are saying is that if you are ugly, it’s still over no matter what your race is. But Chad is culturally defined (which still fits with JBW due to the the prevalence of western media normalizing the phenotype).
True. When it comes to cultures/ethnicities disagreeing on attractiveness, that's mostly about whether someone is a normie or good-looking, not whether someone is ugly or not, which there is much more agreement on.

This study has a downloadable Excel file with the ratings each of those photos received in each of those countries. All the ratings were by people of the opposite sex, and the ratings were on a 1-7 scale, instead of the 1-10 scale usually used both here, so if you want the 1-10 figures you'll have to convert it (ChatGPT gave me a 1.5*x-0.5 formula for that) and the countries are Czechia (obviously), Estonia, Sweden, Romania, Turkey, Portugal, Brazil, India, Cameroon and Namibia.
You look at how the five best and the five worst looking men were rated:
And just by looking it's pretty clear that there's much more variance in how the five Chads were rated than the five incels. The Chads pretty quickly diverge into different levels and have a lot of different ratings. The fifth best-looking one was Gigachad-tier in Brazil, 6.9/7 is something like 9.5/10 at least, the best looking one was rated almost half lower in Turkey, Portugal and India, the third Chad was the worst looking out of them according to Swedish women but the best looking one according to Namibian women, and so on.
Meanwhile, the incels were just huddled together at the bottom. In almost no country did any of them reach a 3/7 (4/10 for us) rating. One of them manages to get decently rated in Cameroon, and actually overtakes two of the Chads there, while he and another guy also break through that barrier in Namibia and the other guy actually outranks the top Chad, who gets rated low there, but that's it. Other than that, the two groups are clearly differentiated no matter what country they were rated in.
