Better positions? They have a much easier time getting jobs in general. Having a white name alone gets them in a lot of the time. Businesses are white owned and the people who are HR departments of corporations are biased and extremely racist liberal white females. They don't even need a degree thats related to the position theyre applying for. And all of this is not even counting the networking and recommendations which is another massive advantage that whites have. Their friends that already have positions/connections get them in.
Meanwhile for us Asian American dudes, we gotta be above and beyond. This is pretty consistent. Not only in dating, but life in general.
If you're not a above and beyond asian dude, guess what, the position that youre applying for, guess who gets that. A female or non-asian minority. This is totally ok to white American society. And to the white females that work in HR departments. And guess what else. In life outside of work, say in dating for example, we ALSO gotta be above and beyond just to be considered by foids of any race.
Its ridiculous. We can't all have MBAs and make well over six figures, be 5'10 or taller, good looking, and not be total autists. In fact, most of us don't have MBAs or make six figures, we are nowhere near 5'10 on average, the vast majority of us are ugly, and a lot of us are socially inept (relative to other groups).
Thats how fucked most of us Asian American dudes are.
PS. And we only make slightly more than white men on average because we work more and likely work much harder to land the position and or to get a promotion.
