Asians were educated by whites to become advanced in science & tech. Many rices who started their own tech companies were educated in European / North American universities. It's probable the infrastructure of rice countries would be poorer and closer to agrarian conditions, if not for the education & economic support provided to rices by European / American schools & European / American investors in 1800s & 1900s

Cope. Whites are by far the highest PhD achievers in the United States. The only PhD degrees where blacks are over-represented, are "Education" and "Other". The PhD degrees where blacks are least represented are "Mathematics and Computer Sciences" and "Physical Sciences and Earth Sciences". The data shows that black students in US universities are the least represented in STEM subjects. Education-related courses (e.g., Methods of Learning & Teaching, Early Childhood Development" are the only courses where blacks have a strong presence.
