Its hard to disagree with the claim that white men slay the fittest and most sexually attractive females. Also I think lightskin / white males slay more Stacys and Stacylites than ethnic males (although I haven't verified this).

Ethnic men tend to have lower standards for foids than white men, and ethnic men are more likely to fuck any foid they can get irrespective of the foids SMV. Whereas white men tend to have more self-discipline and caution about their choice of foid sex partners in relation to the foids SMV. This why it may seem that ethnic males find it easier to slay foids than white males. Its inevitably attributed to the fact that ethnic men are more likely to fuck any foid they can get their hands on irrespective of SMV.
Also ethnic foids (specifically darkskin foids) are more likely to be in lower demand than white / lightskin foids. Because "darker" foids are universally considered less attractive than "lighter" foids, and high-tier males dont really need to lower their standards for foids. Which means "darker" foids have more reason to lower their standards when in search for male partners than "lighter" foids (which makes it easier for ethnic men to pull ethnic foids, specifically darker foids).
When foids arent in demand by Chad or loads of normies, they will lower their standards for men, which makes it easier for univerally lower-tier males (like non-white males) to have them. The only reliable ways for any foid to be relatively lower demand in comparison with other foids in sex market, is through not having her body exposed to any social environment filled with (white or black) normies, or she's sub-7 and not white.
