I'm going to have to disagree with you on the tourist part. I've been to the Philippines and there were lots of tourists almost everywhere I went. And straight up the Filippinos are hands down the nicest people I've ever met. There's lots of poverty and problems there, I'm not papering over that, and of course every globalist society is ultimately a shitty rigged game. And I understand my exposure to life in the city was colored by the fact that I was an American, but still. I wish the Filippinos got a fairer shake in the world.

Yeah, a fair number of whites and other tourists. Probably not as many as Bangkok (never been), but still I'd say it was a touristy place.

I just went to travel, it was stop over from a conference my work sent me to (pointless and boring, but I like to travel so I'm not complaining), I had to transfer anyways so I bought separate tickets rather than one trip. You can very easily escortcel there. You've gotta protect yourself from robbery (and diseases, obviously) but I've stopped thinking about sex really. An escort would not give me anything that would do anything for me. I'd rather buy a fancy meal if I'm looking to blow some money, that'll give me more satisfaction tbh.
