Is the nasal undertone caused by short palate in mongoloids which is incurable? Or can it be mitigated. 99.9% of Asians i've ever met had that whiny undertone including Changs.

Noticed this, my voice is deep when I'm relaxed and natural, although the nasal undertone is already there. Whenever I get anxious or high cortisol though it immediately jacks up two whole octaves at least. also sounds terrible when i try to speak quietly or force out some sound.
