And plenty more. I miss the general vibe of 2017-2018. Things were just more chill back then, BBC spammer notwithstanding. People got along a lot better. Even the trolls of the time were better, a lot of thegambler/incelman's trolling was annoying as fuck (and even caused us to make rule/policy changes) but at least he was occasionally hilarious, and most of the other trolls were generally more benign.
These days the trolls are just aggressive spergs. They can hardly even be considered trolls at this point since they're really just perpetually butthurt losers who just look for any excuse they can find to just start insulting and sperging out on someone.
There was also a lot less edgyteen-posting/fedposting, and more actual humor.
Things are better than they were in 2022-2023, but god damnit I miss the early days of this forum. I know that nostalgia-goggles are a factor, but some things really were better.
