You need base Rise key + sunbreak steam keys. But it still should be cheaper than buying it on Xbox and you could still have spare money for DMC HD steam key

Monster hunter goes on discount on steam just wait for it and get a emulator for devil may cry 3 unless you want the style change mod for pc

Rise is potato friendly on PC just get a Ryzen g series CPU for PC and run it my laptop Ryzen 2500u outdated CPU and weak integrated graphics run monster hunter rise fine but can't run games like borderlands 2 without lowering resolution
