Doctor said to wear it all the time even while eating, but once some food got stuck in my food pipe and it remained stuck for many days (really random), like whenever food or water went down the throat it pained, so I stopped wearing those plates (dumbest move ) and covid also began around the same time so I can't go to hospital either.
Years later when I was talking to a guy with chad jaw, he told me that he had also got those plates and his jaw was also very small so much so that he could hardly even join teeth, but he got it corrected.
At that time, this realization struck me hard that I also had the opportunity to correct my jaw but I couldn't
