Brazil has already collapsed.
China isn't as good as a lot of people here think it is. The world would be more peaceful if they weren't ascending.
Japan is under the control of the US and has undergone staglation. No collapse but a slow decline.
Russia might been ascendent again but maybe they'll focus more on the immediate Northern Asian region and not have expansive imperialist inclinations.
India has Pakistan and China to worry about whether or not they collapse and they've usually been subject to the dominant world culture at the time.

I'm still holding out hope that a Coronavirus depression is coming, and that knocks out all major western nations like dominoes, and leads to civil unrest, large scale riots, economy collapse, unwravelling of all social order, food supply disruptions, leading to nation-wide blackouts, complete chaos and civil war.
What does USSA mean
When I say "collapse," I mean a hard collapse- Somalia, Syria, Central African Republic, or worse. Brazil certainly has a great deal of dysfunction, but it's nowhere near 'collapse.'

We already have that to some extent here in California. We are also in a severe drought right now. If it doesn't rain hard this winter, were screwed. A lot of businesses are closed for good. Some sates have prison "protocols" as they say and release tens of thousands of criminals out onto the streets. Some felons even having committed murders.
Make no mistake, tons of them are roaming the streets right now looking for their next victim. Some people have already been murdered by those covid inmate releases.
Pre pandemic, not much people paid attention to you if they saw you in the early mornings. Nowadays, a lot of people are armed and have their head on a swivel.

A state of "collapse" is relative.
Bringing the west back to the living standards of the early 1900s would be considered a "collapse" today. Making America more like Brazil is what a lot of people refer to when they say America is "collapsing".
Somalia, Syria, Central African Republic are further along with a collapse than places like Brazil are, while places like Brazil are further along with a collapse than places like Canada are.
