I know my jaw is too narrow from a frontal view so that can be solved pretty simply with some implants

But my mandible projection is garbage and it appears to be recessed. However, my front teeth and lower teeth are touching and tongue is on the roof of the mouth in the picture below so, is a BSSO even a possibility? As far as I know it's mostly intended for people with severe overbites who have a gap between the front teeth and lower teeth. Correct me if I'm wrong

Is chin wing osteotomy an option for me?

Let me know what you think

Go to a orthodontist at first, Maybe insurance will pay for some surgeries since your jaw is literally too narrow so it can block your airways

Not an expert but Birdcel is big cope. With surgery You might ascend though boyo.

mirin prominentia laryngea

Nah I dont have any insurance

Chin wing seems legit for your case, I'd say go for it.

Chinwing is a good Option, but it will not give you much width (at least not so much like jaw angle implant)

Any idea on where to get one in europe? Also the prices, etc?
Or where to even start looking?

I'd be doing something for mandible forward projection (Chin wing, BSSO or whatever else, not sure yet) and in addition to that put jaw implants to increase the jaw width from a frontal view

Maybe your maxilla is recessed too and blocked the growth of your mandible. In that case you need Lefort I and maybe SARME as well. Can you outline with a white brush your exact head shape?

Your front teeth shouldn't touch(i think standard was 3mm distance), only your grinders. Maybe your mandible isn't even recessed. Open your mouth and relax then close and check where your fronteeth naturally land and if this would improve your lower jaw.

You need to talk to a doc anyway for diagnosis. Chinwing is always an option. The question is what else you need and, if it is combineable.

Very likely. But I don't want to waste my time wearing braces with SARME, would rather just get jaw implants for the width...
At one point I was thinking that maxillomandibiular advancement surgery would be for me, but tbh I don't think my maxilla is that bad... not great, just average

If I put some lines here you can see that the difference between my upper and lower lip is not that much and most people in fact do have a very slight overbite, so that is normal... .however there is a huge gap between the lower lip and mandible. I'm thinking if I fix this, it would at least make me look normal. Not a chad of course, but at the very least normal

My jaw looks exactly like this. Fuck.

It depends on you forehead and browridge as well. Both jaws should be slightly in front of it. That's what I mean with outline it on the black to see if you're really receded or haw just a weak jawline / chin.

Notice how the skin in front of the maxilla is pulled on the first pic.

There some better pic on the forum, but I can't find it currently.

I'll pm the pic to you.
I'm pretty sure my forehead is recessed also LMAO, but I have not heard of a forehead advancement surgery
Literally the only thing with forward projection is my occiput, which is exactly where you don't want it FML

Yeah occiput looks strange.
Could be a weak chin (I mean your teeth align fine and mandible is in a relaxed natural position right?), BUT you look slightly hunched which could be the typical small jaw respiratory system adaption. I have no clue about correct posture though, but I send you a pic, so you know, what I mean. Maybe it is just the perspective, your shirt or you have a lean face but strangely fat body though.

Yeah, I have somewhat of a forward head due to all the vidya I play to cope with life. Also have some kind of a weird sloped chest which makes it look like I have a belly when wearing a T shirt even though im pretty skinny

I wouldn't likely do jaw surgery since your alignment looks pretty good, and if your teeth already bite properly you'd have to have both jaws moved forward.

No, your bigger issue if you have a good bite in my opinion is your jawline itself is very weak.

Take a look at some before afters for jaw/chin implants.

eg.

A lot of the before pics look like you but worse. So you should be able to get a good result.
