Yes and no. Slavs are divided into many different subgroups of Slav, and the further East you go, the more mongol and asiatic the people are. Poles, Czechs, Slovaks, Slovenes, Northern Croats, the Baltic’s and Belorussians are “white”. However, southern Ukrainians, Uralic Russians, and Ukrainians are not white. Although any of these groups could have significant mongol influence it depends on person from person. South Slavs are white because of ottoman and med rape.

Mediterranian people aren’t white either. This is because of the massive Muslim invasions that rapebabied a lot of those areas. However that doesn’t mean all of Italy Spain etc. isn’t white, just many parts. Northern Italian/Lombard is white, but Sicilian is not white. Same with Catalan in Spain, but a Grenadan in Spain is Almost always not white
