95% of people just have an average looking eye area so it stands out when you have hunter blue/green eyes, as for lower third its important but a long as you have a medium chin nobody will pay attention especially with beardmaxxing

You using his jaw as an example of a good feature being overshadowed by a less attractive feature is tenuous at best. Many people here would not consider his lower third attractive, but nearly all of them would agree that his eye area is unattractive.
Even if this weren't the case, you haven't defined what "symmetry" even means.
