The blackpill is, well, blackpilling. If you truly believed there was something you could do and you tried again and again and it never worked you'd have reasonable cause for being angry. I think it's just a mechanism you have to accept. I can rarely get angry on my own at something no matter how much it pains me because I know deep down it's fake and I'm compensating for all the times I could have taken initiative or stood up for myself. You need direction not aggression
