It's not looking good. Nobody really ca (and if he is that size and weight) stays in the hospital for 2 months straight. Unless he is filthy rich and staying in a private hospital which functions more like an upscale palliative care hospital. Otherwise doctors usually discharge a person if there is nothing to treat.
