He's not unattractive and the fact is, he took the majority (Aryans) and made them feel superior while forcing them to look down at the Jews, rather than up to him. He was kept as a leader for his ideas and charisma. (Say what you want, but the ability to publically speak WILL get people on your side, no matter your looks. (Though it won't get you pussy))
