shoe lifts are painful and many shoes aren't roomy enough to accommodate them.
you should look for men's elevator shoes on google, good brands like calto and not go over 3 inches when it becomes obvious.
you can get on amazon or other various sites.

I wouldn't wear anything that would hinder me in combat.
