As for proper interaction, outside group projects and such, I spoke with a sloot from my school for maybe 20 minutes on the train, while we were going to a language olympiad back in 11th grade (around 6 years ago). That was still the time of early smartphones and shit signal coverage so she really had nothing else to do.
