I clicked it and it was literally just a thread about how he had managed to avoid porn on the weekend when previously he had failed . THAT is what success is to these people.

The thing is that if you call them out on this shit they'll just call you a porno addict, but I'm not the one who tortures himself trying to avoid masturbating and needing to cope on a fucking subreddit . Literally one of the biggest, most stupid copes out there.

For me it's better mood, better focus/less brainfog, and waaay more energy when doing workout (and overall). My main reason of doing it is the mood: when I coom I hardly laugh at things, not even the funniest things elicits the smallest smirk or anything similar. When I am on 7-15+ days I start feeling more enthusiastic and I laugh several times a day. But I'm telling you just how it is for me.

Also, there's enough scientific evidence showing porn is detrimental for mental health. Why not taking a break, at least? Plus porn looks too cucked to my taste at this point (I'm an oldcel, I don't have a raging libido).

Still, I have to admit they really look like cultists and overhype it, specially when they step out of the science. I don't like r/NoFap either. It's all about "getting the girl", which is kinda delusional, specially considering our situation.

In turn, I am motivated to be more active in my life. When I deplete my body from its natural resources, I really feel the effects of it. I become lazy. I become tired. But this isn't the only reason why I am trying to do nofap. I unfortunately suffer from erectile dysfunction due to my masturbation habits. If anyone can relate to this problem, then nofap is absolutely necessary. At some point, you won't even be able to get hard anymore. Edging for couple years gave me erectile dysfunction and hearth problems. I endured nofap for almost a month, but it didnt change anything. I dont think being on a longer no fap streak will really change anything. Its over befor it began...
