Yesterday. I shower once every 4 days.
I only wash my hair and pubes. For the hair I use an egg yolk + honey mask.
The mask drips down onto my pubes, that is the only reason I wash them.
I either don't wash my armpits or just splash them with water a little bit, can't disrupt the pheromones.
