Experiment When the ragefuel takes you over, what calms you down?

At the park, I see maybe two or three couples, nothing too upsetting.

I go to set down on a bench, and some blonde white girl with her dog just happens to be hovering around this bench, her boyfriend arriving a few seconds after her dog runs back to her with a frisbee.

before I know it while I'm trying to distract myself with my phone, I hear loud whispering coming from the two.

i look over, and there they were: kissing each other in broad daylight, while hugging aggressively in the fucking park.

i'm carrying a knife on me, and I get so fucking pissed off from staring at them for not even two seconds.

I swear to god i was so close from just pulling out my pocket knife and just stabbing both of these motherfuckers to death. but, alas I took a deep breath and tried to forget it.

threw on some classical, and I was a'okay for the rest of the day.

i sit inside my dark room for hours so i dont hurt anyone. i cant handle going out in publi. i only do at night. even then its a bitch to control my urges

I cope most of the day, it helps to calm down. As you're genetic trash you realise nothing was your fault, all your fails were determined to your genetics.

If I'm at home: video games, or anything easy to watch (youtube, action movies, etc).

If I'm in public: I've got headphones with decent noise canceling, so I just try to drown it out and focus on the music until something else distracts me.
