but besides that fact I honestly never thought he would honestly make weed legal. These days I think what is going to happen is Biden is either going to die or step down and they will make Kamala the first woman president. When that happens I feel she is going to make weed legal. If that doesn't happen then when 2024 happens and Biden will not go for reelection but instead endorse Kamala and she will run with that being a large part of her run. That she will make weed legal.
My reasoning for this is because, for some reason, Democrats seem to really want to push that Kamala is supportive of the black community. She will probably make some comments that she wants weed legal so black communities don't have to worry about prison time anymore (which is racist but for some reason will be seen as a powerful message and show how strong she is) and she will get a ton of votes while the Democratic Party keeps purging all of her horrible past before being VP.
