That might very well be true, but it's a symptom, not a cause. The cause is low IQ and violent nature. If you taught chimps to speak English and wear clothes, they'd also be infighting and lack the Faustian spirit.

The latter results has almost always resuled stronger and more resilient high iq people. Blacks are too violent, aggressive and impulsive to come together as a group and achieve something big.
