When parents die

What will you do? I now answered myself and I don't have answer. I'm fucking monster, I fuck up a lot of nerves of my mother and Im going to stop doing this, she doesn't deserve it. My mother,grandparents and maybe in some way father are only people who can help me in this life. I should do everything what will make them live longer and better. Because when Ill lose them, I will have no-one.

I will be so isolated when my parents die. It's no joke. Will probably have years of caring for them before that though. I suppose it's the least I could do but. My mum used to have to wipe her parents arses when they had Alzheimers. Ugh so grim.
