My orthodontist said my jaw is still growing when I visited recently

If your jaw hasn't pushed forward by now then sorry to say but it's O V E R for you, wishing for a miracle at this point is cope. Your bones won't magically repair themselves within a few years.

My maxilla is very protruded and I have a strong jawline.

I just have a weak fucking chin.

I had an overbite when I was younger from my experience my chin was more forward after I wore braces for a few years to close the gap, I would try that out if nothing else works.

Technically never. Your nose and ears will grow forever, although only a very small amount every year. There is also the general changes that happen with aging.

you literally have the best combo to ascend you fucking idiot just get lower jaw surgery or something to fix the bite and yes your chin will come forward, just be glad your maxilla is forward grown meaning you probably have decent cheekbones/eyes/nose

Neck is upright, chin is tucked in, and tilt head down until you can feel submental muscles on the mandible.

You will look like garbage initially with a double chin but keep in mind everyone who doesn't do this is actually frauding their profile but extending the neck forward and having forward head posture. 

Your lower jaw will feel cramped but the body will compensate by growing the mandible forward and outwards to counteract this feeling.
