I sleep when my insomnia takes a break.

I fall asleep between 8am and 10am, and then wake up whenever after 6 to 8 hours. Although today/yesterday I went to sleep at 1pm because I didn't feel like sleeping until later, take a nap throughout the day if I got a bad sleep whenever I get tired. Every few months I make a full 24 hour cycle of sleeping at later times until I reach a normal schedule again but I never sustain it ofc so it keeps going around 2 hours forward per week or so

Anyone else have trouble falling asleep every night? Sometimes it feels like I can lie down for hours and still not get tired.
