When do you believe someone is old enough to be able to consent to sex?

I personally believe someone can consent once they’re mature enough to have a full understanding of what sex is, how it works, and the ethics of using protection.

If you understand all these things listed then I don’t see why you can’t engage in consensual sex with anyone of your choosing.

If your body and mind are telling you yes, there’s obviously something in the moment that makes you want to have sex with said person, even if you regret it later. In the moment you wanted it.

Lots of sex havers have people they wish they didn’t agree to fuck. Doesn’t mean they were raped though.
