When do grocery stores usually have less people

Our country have this shitty rule that you can only buy beer from 8 AM to 8pm but i like going 11pm to minimize the risk of negative encounters with strangers as its almost no one there then, When is the best time otherwise?

Really early, really late. Usually a sweet spot when the kids are at school and people are at work, though the older people tend to be out and about en masse. The store near me closes at 10, and one at 8. Also prefer to get there just before closing time.

where do you live? in my country stores are closed on Sunday (only gas-stations are open), from Monday to Friday stores are open till 7 PM, some large stores are open till 9 PM twice a week, and they open at 7 AM,..

where I live its 6 AM or 7 AM till 7 PM, and till 5 PM on Saturday, stores except gas stations are closed on Sunday...

Saturdays at 8am in the morning is when i go get my beer, 6am the beer sale is closes but the store is not so i wait bc my country has retarded beer times, 8am to 8pm
