Why did they remove the other ranks?
They did that when the sewers were added, since you could spam your way to those ranks in lieu of when the sewers didn't exist

I think your account at bare minimum needs to be at least 12 weeks old to be able to use the glowing name.
Ask proudweeb he doesn't get as many requests as those two
Or maybe it’s 11 weeks, who knows. You know you could ask lord Satan to give you a glowing name, but you have to sell your soul.

No, it was me. You need 11 weeks from your join date + 10k postcount to unlock paragon
