I found this a funny panel in a manga I'm reading because it's treated as if it were a future dystopia situation where women start having more sex and become sluttier.

But I feel like this is probably already the truth. I obviously can't PROVE it is but... why shouldn't we assume it can 't be?

It's certainly possible. Perhaps likely? Difficult to say. Maybe there's some demographics where the percentage of virgin women is higher than 1 but I don't know where it would be in any large population sample.
