You can probably change hair type, maybe skin and eye color. Cells get replaced every so often. If the genes new instruction is to start producing blond instead of black hair then I don't see why that wouldn't work.

Yes, that may be possible, But when there are far cheaper alternatives like Colored contacts, skin cosmetics, and hair dye, I do not get why you would even consider gene editing as a viable alternatives, especially with the risks involved.

This is already being done by dying hair, using contact lenses, and plastic surgery.
