my old workout routine:
pull ups : 3 sets, with 30 kg
chin ups : same
Diamond push up : 3 sets 30 kg
one arm push up : 4 sets, 1 rep
pistol squats : 3 sets × 2, 30 kg
low reps only because imlazy
 
lift heavy stuff
 
have good genetics
 
I do wrestling drills and regular weight lifting depending on what I feel like doing. The only thing I do no matter what is neck training.
 
Modified version of Starting Strength, with more volume for Lats and isolations

Chest day is bench 1 day 5 sets of 3, 2nd day 5x5, 3rd 5x10. Max out attempt on heavy day. Cable laterals and reverse pecdec for shoulders and tricep pushdowns for tris, 5 sets of 8+ reps on every movement.

Back day is weighted pullups, similar approach as bench, although im not messing with higher reps atm. Barbell curls 5 sets of 8+. Thats it. 15lbs away from 200lb bw, hope to start cutting in the winter.
