In the last couple months almost nil. Usually 30 minutes-1 hour each day tops when I go on here, though.

It depends on my sleep schedule. When I wake up at a normal time I barely use this site during the day because it'd be embarrassing to get caught. But when I'm waking up at night time and falling asleep in the morning, I'm on here constantly. I rotate between using this site for a few hours, then just staring at the ceiling for a few hours. Then repeat. There's literally nothing else to do. Video games and YouTube don't even work as copes for me anymore
