Reminds me of the now aging (but at the time young pornographer ie he was both a porn star and a “Gonzo” porn director) Jew named Adam Glasser a.k.a Seymour Butts (his porn name).
He had a show all about how he and his family all helped to run his porn business back in the day on one of the pay channels (probably HBO) and of course the show was thus aptly titled: “Family Business”.
Anyway I think the show aired in the mid to late nineties and so getting to my point of how your post reminds me of this Jew Glasser is that on one or more episodes he tried out the early internet’s dating scene and despite being a reasonably attractive and provably well hung, young Jew I think what happened is the majority of online dating contacts either flaked on him, were weirdos or just didn’t make a love connection while dating him.
Pretty soon after these sour experiences he was pretty much understandably in “Fuck this!” mode and went back to what worked best for him which was dating and fucking porn whores in the real world.
I think the reason or reasons he gave for wanting to online date was trying to find a normal mother for his kid outside of porn and probably a normal non porn related companion for himself, since his prior wife/girlfriend or whatever she was, was out of the picture for whatever reason.
Yeah though another point I think comes into play for why online dating sucked for Chads back then and even at times now is that online regulars tend to be weirdos and or overly paranoid.
