Whats your opinion of mixed breed mutts saying they are German, English,Dutch, Swedish etc etc

I see many mixed breeds in Europe. I speak to some, they are mixed with Arab, Persian, black etc and they ALWAYS look ethnic unless the breed is from a Syrian or maybe Berber then maybe there already was Roman, French blood there already then the baby looks more white.

Whats your opinion on a mixed mutt mullato or Sandnigger looking breed with a German or English mother saying they are "German" or "English" ?

I personally don't care because they could be more 'white' than non-white genetically, so I guess its technically true, but as one-drop rule suggests unless you pass as 100% white, most people aren't going to see you as white.

This is also my situation which is why I refer myself to more as a quasi-white. My mother has blonde hair and pale skin, my twin sister also has natural blonde hair and pale skin. Both pass as nordic. However I look a lot more like my father, if I had to reckon most people think I'm at least 1/4 gypsy or something. I'm very clearly not nordic looking and sometimes strangers speak English to me instead of the native language. So even if I'm "white", I don't pass as white-white.
