I'd still say crash bandicoot 2 overall because:
10/10 music
10/10 voice acting
10/10 art for its era
10/10 level design
10/10 gameplay
just right difficulty, not too easy, not too frustrating
Also fixed basically all the (few) issues its predecessor had
best for PC is deus ex IMO, the art style was a little clunky for the time, and some of the mechanics could have been a touch better, but the music, plot, and level design were all incredible

I'd say GTA 5 I have 2000+ hours and took a day off school in 2013 to play it on release. Also made 400 buddies on that just by fucking around. I never spoke to any but they would come in my CEO gang and we would play for weeks together.
I still do but now have wii u and switch also.
