What's your favourite gym machine?

Mine is the leg press. I prefer working my legs compared to my upper body.

My least favourite is the bench press. All the other upper body machines I enjoy though but just not as much as the leg machines.

My favourite cardio machine is the treadmill by far.

seriously though crunch machine
cause it's impossible to otherwise overload your abs

but also probably just cable machine because they are expensive
and you can do push/pull in directions difficult (or impossible) with freeweight

I don't do any freeweights apart from the bench press.

Smith Machine is pretty cool, beacuse I can safely do various exercises (Bench Press, Military Press, Deadlift - though it's much lamer this way - and barbell rows)
I prefer freeweights exercises - controling the stability of your movement adds to the work you do.
