Mr. X from Streets of Rage, probably one of the most iconic bosses and final levels in gaming history.
I don't like Bosses in video games and generally don't play games now because of which I have fits of anger. (Yes, I'm casual). But the most difficult one for me was the Dragon Placidusax from Elden ring.
I play only a "light" games like Skyrim,No man SKY and etc.

The one and only Frank Horrigan from FO2. Not due to the mechanics of the fight perseverance, but the sheer buildup and the stereotypical badassery of the guy.
