I really enjoy Paradox games, especially Stellaris, CK3, Victoria 3, and Imperator Rome. I also like Civilization 6 and Rimworld

I play Victoria 2 sometimes, and I enjoy it. I tried CK2, but it seemed less intuitive than CK3 and a bit too complex for my IQ. Maybe I'll give it another shot

I’d say the only good reason to get CK3 is for the mods. Godherja, the improved AtE, Fallen Eagle, I’ve also heard the Anbennar and AGOT mods are also good
Preferred region/ Country? Europe has so much flavor, but for me it depends on what I’m feeling. Cuz Asia has a ton of flavor too. Especially horde nations. Being a horde is always so fucking fun.

As for country, Muscovy/Novgorod into Russia is always a good time, probably my favourite major. I also like stacking modifiers so I like getting a shitload of discipline as Three Leagues who start out with +5% discipline in their national ideas

Good taste. I also enjoy playing the colonial game. Netherlands, Castille, Portugal, England and France come to mind.
Personally, of the two. Novgorod is more fun than Muscovy. But Muscovy is also fire
HRE can be a blast sometimes to. But annoying if you have a conquest orientated campaign.
