It was really based how the guy in Crystal Castles treated the foid singer like shit

She even wrote some post whining about it IIRC

Probably exaggerating jfl, but he must have been keeping her on a tight leash to get a modern foid to not screw up the band tbh

The Beach Boys. I know they have decades of cheesy Boomer rock which tarnishes their legacy but for a very short period of time in the 60s, Brian Wilson was creating beautiful compelling music.

Pet Sounds impressed even the Beatles when it came out.

Then whilst working on the followup album, Smile, Brian Wilson had a mental breakdown and spent years in his bedroom doing cocaine, eating steaks and only going out for walks at night.
